Austin Bowen

Austin Bowen is the General Manager of The Pearl at Water Street. His career with Cameron Mitchell Restaurants started in 2012 with the Ocean Prime brand. There, he fulfilled a breadth of positions including busser, food runner, server, supervisor, and manager.

In 2024, he was awarded Dining Room Manager of the year for his ability to seek understanding first and manage within the culture – one of his favorite things about CMR. He believes that work should be fun and taken one day at a time, as no two shifts are the same.

Austin holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences from the University of South Florida. This is when he got his start in the hospitality industry, working to pay tuition. A native of Clearwater, FL, he now resides in Tampa with his spouse Olivia and enjoys comics, video games, shoes and soccer in his free time.
