Alex Schultz

Originally hailing from Columbus, Ohio, the hometown of Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, Alex relocated to Tampa, Florida, for the opening of The Pearl at Water Street. He has honed his hospitality expertise within the Cameron Mitchell Restaurants brand for the past fourteen years, most recently serving as General Manager of Ocean Prime in Washington, D.C. Alex and his associates hosted some of our nation’s most notable dignitaries with the Cameron Mitchell Restaurants’ hallmark approach to Genuine Hospitality and service.

He began by working heart of the house as he earned his Hospitality Management degree from The Ohio State University (OSU) to then launching his restaurant career within the brand portfolio. Introducing Cameron Mitchell to an audience of new Associates eager to begin their careers at The Pearl was a full-circle moment for Alex. As an OSU student, Cameron inspired and helped spark Alex’s passion for the industry. Alex lives in Tampa with his wife and two kids.
