Nick Krafft, general manager of The Pearl Dublin, joined Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR) in 2021 with more than two decades of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. His interest in the restaurant and hospitality industry began with the enjoyment of the fast pace and the people he meets along the way.
A native of Wooster, Ohio, Krafft holds a bachelor’s degree in arts and business. His greatest lesson in his professional career thus far is how to manage everyone differently to receive the best results.
“Don’t take anything personally or let the little things bother you,” Krafft offers as advice to those interested in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Krafft says his favorite thing about working for CMR is “the genuine focus on culture and its people.” In his new role, Krafft hopes to continue to grow the presence of strong culture and develop and grow the concept of The Pearl within CMR.
Krafft resides in Dublin, Ohio, with his wife, Nicole, his daughter, Lydia, and their two cats, Cohen and Quentin. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, music, record collecting/shopping, and attending concerts. Krafft’s favorite CMR dish is the Artic Char from The Pearl.
