High Street in the Dublin Library parking garage and its adjacent public surface lot. Additional parking is located under The Avenue restaurant at 94 N. High Street with entry between Gateway Brewing and Condado. For underground garage parking validation, bring your ticket to the host stand in the restaurant. Validation is for 3 hours of self-parking in the garage.
